While this post is an advanced level post on Google SEO Domination, it’s not as important as our first.
Our first post on the topic is 95% of the Google Domination equation. This is about 2 percent of the equation.
Never the less, it’s ADVANCED because if you’re teeter tottering on the bottom of page one and the top of page 2 in Google in a highly competitive key word, you’re going to need every percentage point you can get. This will get you over that hill.
1) Use the fastest server you can find.
Google gives priority to websites that load fast
2) Try removing any ads.
Google may favor non ad infested sites in your category
3) Use HTTPS.
Yeah, the security certificate thing is a pain in the ass. Deal.
4) Add a lot more pages to your website on the same topic.
Google likes referencey feeling sites. If you sell cars on your website, add pages about the history of cars, organize them by taxonomy, write about the mechanical components of cars, write about car accident statistics. Etc. Google likes big fluffy websites with lots of SINGLE TOPIC content with long word counts.
5) Shorten your title.
The title is a big deal. Make it short and make your desired keywords come to the front of the title.
