@modernluxec (Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter) | http://www.modernluxecreative.com (coming April 1!)
What do you do?
I am the owner, designer, and developer of Modern Luxe Creative, a boutique studio that provides branding and web design to businesses in the events industry. I help businesses capture their unique individuality and emphasize their strengths while bringing them a step closer to reaching their marketing goals. Services I provide include: logo design, full branding, print design, website design/development, and monthly search engine optimization.
What are the biggest changes you see happening in your industry?
Recently, there have been some emerging website builders, and existing ones seem to be sprucing up their advertisements and incentives. Aside from that, the design industry is constantly changing. New technology and new trends are always emerging, which is why I make sure to continuously stay up to date with the industry.
What opportunities and challenges will these changes bring about?
Website builders present a challenge for freelancers like myself because I can’t offer extremely low prices like they can. However, what I can offer is a high quality custom design paired with personalized attention, research, thought, and dedication. Additionally, every one of my clients’ websites comes with two amazing standard features: responsive design and 3 months of complimentary search engine optimization.
What are your biggest goals?
My biggest goal is client satisfaction. I am not happy until my clients are happy. It is my job to produce a unique, one-of-a-kind design while also separating my clients from their competition, and that is what I strive to deliver every time.
Who and what would you need to reach your goals fast?
With a background in wedding and event planning, I started off with some great connections. Now, a lot of my leads come from social media or word of mouth. I made sure that I created a strong marketing and sales strategy before starting my business, and I backed it up with professional, creative print collateral.
Finally, who should contact you and why?
While I mainly focus on working with businesses in the events industry, I am willing to work with any client who wants to create or refresh a brand that will allow them to stand out. For inquiries, please email me (Sydney) at email@example.com.
