My company provides a wide range of services geared towards digitally advancing small business in today’s competitive digital market .
How is what you do different from others in your industry?
we aim to leverage free services and exploit them to the greatest degree. While we also use more expensive avenues by first leveraging things like social media we can save our clients money and eventually migrate all the services to them.
What is the #1 most important thing you recommend to your clients and customers? WHY?
building a better business from the inside out. We find far to many business owners attempting to buy services that promise to make them more money but the client themselves never changes the root of the problem I need the first place. We like to get services and softwares started and running and then train the client how to keep them and their business at 100%.
What is the #1 biggest myth your customers still believe?
They don’t need to have an online presence .
What other sales and marketing tips can you reveal?
when it comes to sales to many people are afraid to ask for the money. Closed mouths don’t get fed so to speak. When it comes to marketing most of my clients don’t understand how important it is to research trends. FOLLOW ING THE TRENDS MAKE YOU TONS OF MONEY.
Describe one client / customer experience who benefited from working with you.
I feel social media is the way to go for small business advertising. There is a local charity here where I live that operates a thrift store. They approached me about gaining exposure online with out spending a whole lot of money. 8 years ago it was recommended that businesses should set aside 20 percent of their annual budget for marketing and advertising. Today this is no longer the case for a mere 5 percent of this charity’s annual budget we were able to blow up their online presence. In the following month they went from having 1,200$ days to having 3,200$ days.
The effort you put into fine tuning the sales and marketing sectors of your business (or life) in equal to return you will see. For those that own a company like mine or any other kind of B2B company ensure that even if the meeting isn’t going to make you any money Right away that you still allow your client to walk away with new tools and knowledge that can use now.
