How is what you do different from others in your industry?
We collectively work as one company, utilizing our local relationships, resources and to leverage our certifications to drive growth and awareness to our Co-Op firms. We established a larger foot print with more local resources to keep cost less expensive for our clients.
What is the #1 most important thing you recommend to your clients and customers? WHY?
Understand how much change your company and emoployees can absorb. You will invest in a CRM but you need drive adoption to get your ROI and increased productivity from your employees.
What is the #1 biggest myth your customers still believe?
They should do it themselves, in-house and re-create their own CRM with IT. Our philospy is to help move their developers into the cloud and teach their business managers to adminster the tool for their own process.
What other sales and marketing tips can you reveal?
Don’t be afraid to make the call or ask the question. It is amazing to see which companies are using a CRM and which are not, even today.
Describe one client / customer experience who benefited from working with you.
We were able to migrate a customer off of an sql database driven website and move them to Salesforce with online payment processing, course and instructor managment. The course/class changes were now down in the UI and not code. The payments now reconcile with opportunities and a clearer business process was defined.
The cost of cloud computing can be controlled and managed to where you see result driven adoption that produces better customer engagement and higher sales. Focus on your people and let us focus on your application.
