We use intercom to study and learn our customers. As you have asked that what is the biggest mistake they are doing, i would like to guess, that they are not utilizing the data generated. At saleshandy we aim to build a robot which will be the trainer & personal assistant for a sales guy. The Handybot will let the people know what they need to do, how, when & why.
